		<description><![CDATA[I haven&#039;t read either of those books, but I definitely agree with you that sometimes it&#039;s just nice to re-read those old tricks from a new source. I think I follow all of the tips you listed---and I really just remind myself that a trend is not made or broken in one day. So when, for example, I&#039;m at my mom&#039;s house and I eat stuff I normally wouldn&#039;t eat and eat more times during the day, well, I just do it for one day and then get back to normal the next day without feeling like I&#039;m &quot;starting over.&quot;

		<description><![CDATA[Awesome, Alison!!!!  Woohoo!!!  I know that feeling of breaking into the next set of numbers. :)  Repeat what you did this week for next week. :)

I agree about not depriving yourself.  I eat whatever I feel like eating but in moderation and watch my portions.  If I deprive myself, I&#039;ll binge.  Been down that road before.  It also makes you feel like you aren&#039;t really restricting yourself, too.

One thing that works for me is just munching.  I&#039;m always grabbing something whether it&#039;s just a pickle or a slice of cheese but I never really let myself feel hungry.  Cheese has been a big snack choice for me.  

I&#039;m going to check out Bob&#039;s book.  I find a lot of that stuff I know already, too, but it is motivating.
