What a great idea! I have some Brussels sprouts languishing in the crisper and some sweet potatoes with long eyelashes. I think we have found today’s after school snack. I’ll probably add chia seeds.

Oh, you know I can relate to this post. Except I only have 2 kids, so I can’t even imagine how much crazier it gets with 3 or more. Roasted vegetables for a snack is an accomplishment–be proud!

I’ve done the balsamic vinegar before, but never with the garlic powder and crushed red pepper too… I must try this combo soon!

aww Kaz is so sweet.. makes me miss having mine be little. I looove roasted brussel sprouts. Sometimes I put balsamic vinegar, garlic powder and crushed pepper on mine and I swear they taste like chinese take out:)
