I actually tried to comment on this post about 8 hrs ago…and either my puter or yours was being glitchey but ahhh, now i got thru.

I used to run turkey trots with scott every yr. Then a kid came along and 7am start times with small children on opposite side of town doesnt work. Not to mention, paying $50 for 2 to run. Seems silly when you can run for free with a friend and if i lived closer woulda joined you. I ran 3 long annoying, hot, windy miles this a.m. and just did 4 miles now with hub. And did yoga. Got my exercise in no doubt

Man i need to get some new running cloths, i look hug in that shirt. Mat even said it looks like i have a belly. Well, after todays fest i do have more of a belly then i started with. HUG

Nice job on the Turkey Trot!! And on the side dishes! I’m making a corn side dish too that has wild rice in it… it’s a new recipe so I’m gambling but I really don’t see how I can go wrong with fresh corn, wild rice and heavy cream, right??
