Yes, I think it would still work without the garlic, onions and peppers. The spices what really “made” the soup. I’m a huge cumin fan. Load it up! But of course there’s something to be said for keeping it simple too.

Laundry and I do not get along. My kids are the same way, they change often and everything even if only worn for 10 minutes goes straight to the hamper and once next to a damp towel there is no other option than to wash it all. Not to mention the folding, putting away and then the darn cycle starts all over again!

This looks like a great soup recipe! I totally am trying this one!

I don’t know how you keep up with all that laundry. I tend to have quite a few wardrobe changes myself throughout the day, and can’t even keep up with myself.

Laundry feels never ending now and its only Josh and I ! I can only imagine once you have kids! I am making black bean soup and cheese quesadillas tonight- how funny!! I love a spicy soup!

OMG THAT looks soo amazing. The soup. Seriously, I have been waiting for THe Perfect Soup Recipe to come along now that everyone’s making soup in bloggieland….and yours is The One. Question, do you think if I omitted garlic, onions, and peppers it would be ok? I am intolerant to garlic, and the onions/peppers…meh. Just the corn, bean and tomatoes look awesome but guidance please when you have a minute….
