Yes, she definitely likes and counts the “number of sleeps” until it’s time to go skating again. The skating rink is very close to our new house (less than 5 minutes) and she likes talking about that too!

Ok…I would have been Maxine’s sidekick in picking out the walnuts. (haha) I’m not a big fan of them unless they are baked in something.

That thing that Ava used to help her skate is cool! Does she like ice skating? That is something I always wish I had done as a child and I think I just might have to look into some place locally for Alyssa. I’ll live my dream through her.

Those quesadillas looked soooooo good! You come up with the most creative and delicious recipes.

That’s so funny that Maxine picked out the walnuts. I used to not like walnuts at all, but my mom put them into everything since they “are so good for me.” It took me years to like them, and now I love them…

yes i drooled. OMG what a great idea for a quesadillas. i’m wondering though did the hummus get real hott and gooey and get all over the pan? I seriously want one of these soooo much!

Oh my word…I totally would have de-veganized that wrap as well…haha. Everything sounds absolutely *perfect.*

I love the homeschooling groups you and the girls go to…they look like so much fun!! I haven’t gone ice skating in ages, but the cold weather is making me think its about time.

for some reason, i have a fascination with veganizing non-vegan things and de-veganizing vegan things. talk about want what you don’t have…i am the queen of that.

Looks like a totally delicious dinner to me Nothing like a good quesadilla (especially when it contains hummus). You do all sorts of fun stuff with your kiddos- what a good mama!
