I am not health and fitness professional, but I do play one on this blog. I am a healthy living nerd and that's about it. I'm not a doctor or nurse or even a receptionist at a doctor's office - so please, don't take my word on any of this stuff. Jokes on this blog are supposed to be funnier than they likely appear. Do not operate heavy machinery after reading any of my posts.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. This means that I might earn a commission if you buy something from sites like Amazon though Mama's Weeds. This is one way I generate revenue from the posts that I write here. I only link to products that I own or truly endorse in my real life. Oh, and I don't do anything sketchy with the money, promise. I pretty much spend all my money on groceries. Although come to think of it, I could probably use to go clothes shopping... but I need some help with style. Why don't you come with me and tell me what you think? You can sit outside the changing room and we'll talk about what we're making for dinner tonight while I try stuff on. It'll be great!
