Thank you for this! I get bummed out when I see awesome breakfast recipes that call for protein powder because that stuff is kinda expensive for me, so super glad to have found this. I had it this morning and it was INCREDIBLE. It was so filling and delicious and like having a giant soft chocolate oatmeal cookie for breakfast, except not at all unhealthy. So easy to adapt as well! Keen to try some kind of apple, cinnamon and raisin, or peanut butter and banana version. Your one is SO good though, and you know what they say, if it's ain't broke...

I have been looking for good recommendations on gardening and think that your site is an excellent resource. It is difficult to get savvy ideas on the Web, but I think I can put it to good use! If you know of any more honest information, please let me know. Thanks a bunch!

I tried your version of the Breakfast Cookie yesterday and I love it! Do you eat the whole thing?! Mine was SO filling! I think next time I will only eat half at a time. I used Naturally More Peanut butter (I love the texture of the flaxseeds in it) for the almond butter and used the cocoa almonds and sliced them instead of regular sliced almonds. Then put a half banana like you suggested, with a few carob chips. Man, that sucker kept me going tell noon and I ate it at 530 am! I might start using this as pre-run fuel before my long runs! Thanks!!
